We are looking for a highly experienced leader to oversee the professional and managerial aspects of our Delivery domain. This role includes managing and driving complex technology projects, ensuring high-quality delivery for clients, building operational methodologies, leading business growth initiatives, expanding activities with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and taking a significant role in increasing the unit’s revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice & Domain Leadership: Direct and scale our Delivery domain, establishing high-performance benchmarks and scalable advisory methodologies.
• Large-Scale Engagement Governance: Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex technology portfolios (ERP, SAP, and major IT transformations), securing high-quality client outcomes and seamless integration.
• Professional & Architectural Guidance: Provide subject-matter leadership and architectural decision-making on complex client challenges.
• People & Team Development: Directly manage and mentor Project Managers while working closely with development teams.
• Engagement Quality & Client Success: Ensure service quality, strict SLA compliance, and maximum client satisfaction to cultivate long-term, trusted-advisor relationships.
• Business Development & Account Expansion: Drive organic revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client footprints.
• Commercial Leadership & Pre-Sales: Lead high-impact commercial activities, from pre-sales processes and bespoke solution design to presenting at executive-level client meetings.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Partner with business unit leadership to support overall growth objectives and collaborate with global partners across our network.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing IT projects.
• Experience managing technology teams or leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong technological background with the ability to lead and guide at the architectural level.
• Professional-level experience and deep familiarity with oracle / SAP and ERP systems.
• Proven experience in business development, client growth, and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Proven experience identifying business opportunities and driving commercial growth initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with solid technological understanding.
• Experience with cloud, development, architecture, or information systems is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Fluent English and experience working with international teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, handle high workloads, and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
