abra professional services is seeking a Identity Infrastructure Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, install, manage, and maintain Identity Management (IDM / IAM) infrastructure.
Ensure system stability, high availability, and optimal performance.
Manage and operate Linux / Unix and Windows servers.
Work with LDAP infrastructure and application servers.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and investigate incidents in mission-critical environments.
Collaborate with Information Security, Networking teams, and external vendors.
Author installation guides, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
Work within cloud environments, including AWS and Entra ID.
Lead infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Must-Have:

Proven experience in server and infrastructure installation, management, and maintenance
Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments
Hands-on experience with Linux / Unix environments
Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory and LDAP
Experience in troubleshooting complex issues within Enterprise environments
Familiarity with Information Security concepts (Firewalls, Certificates, Secrets, Keys)
Strong task and complex project management capabilities
High level of personal accountability, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to work outside standard business hours for maintenance or critical issue resolution as needed
