The traditional production process is slow and never built for today's scale. Riverside's technology streamlines the entire content production process, turning real conversations into professional grade videos, podcasts, webinars, livestreams, and whatever comes next. 

Quality is in everything we do, from the product we build to the way we show up in the world. This is where your role comes in: as our Senior Marketing Designer, you'll use design to convey that quality, making it visible and felt in every asset we put into the world. You'll report to the Director of Brand, joining an exceptional multi disciplinary creative team with design, motion, video, and storytelling skills.

What you'll do:

Your work will span three main domains: brand, performance, and web design.

• Design and create engaging assets across marketing initiatives, from branded content and social media assets to internal materials and diverse online campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency and drive brand development across all marketing materials and channels.
• Design and create high-performing assets for sponsored ads and lead generation campaigns, driving conversion through strong design thinking and execution.
• Art direct video ads, from concept to final cut.
• Design engaging webpages and digital assets that support campaigns and conversion goals.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate with product marketing and growth teams to bring campaigns and web design to life.
• Embrace a fast-paced work environment and drive results.

Requirements

Who you are:



- 6+ years of experience in marketing and web design, including a significant role at a SaaS 

 product company.

- A conceptual designer with a strong portfolio and deep web design understanding, with a great

 eye for typography and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as a real team player, with the ability to

 lead a project from concept stage to the very last detail.

- An investigator by nature, not afraid of encountering obstacles, up to date with the latest design

 trends, and passionate about learning new things.

- Expert at using common design tools, including Figma, Adobe, and AI image and video

 generation.

- Flexibility to work on a variety of projects across diverse audiences, formats, and KPIs.

- Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
